I’m Fay Semple, an award-winning geomancer, dowser, and Earth energy teacher, and I’m currently writing a book with Hay House: The Living Language of the Land (planned for 2027).
For over 30 years, I’ve worked in the fields of energy, consciousness, and Spirit of Place—helping people sense what’s happening in their homes and landscapes, clear what doesn’t belong, and restore harmony in a way that is ethical, grounded, and deeply practical.

It’s about relationship—with the land, with your home, and with your own inner sensing.
I’ve been doing this work for decades… mostly out of sight

Chances are, you haven’t heard of me.

For a long time I worked behind the scenes, attracting clients through word-of-mouth and private referrals. In many ways, I’ve been a “best-kept secret”—not because the work wasn’t powerful, but because I didn’t feel called to make it public until now.

Only recently have I felt a clear nudge to bring this work to a worldwide online audience—because what I teach is needed more than ever:

The gift I was born with (and the responsibility it created)
I wasn’t very old when I realised something that shaped my whole life:
Other people weren’t seeing what I was seeing.
As a child, I perceived the air around us as alive—full of colour, form, movement, and pattern. I noticed the way places have personalities, how land holds memory, and how certain locations can feel instantly nourishing… while others can feel oddly unsettling.
Over time, that sensitivity became something I could train, test, and teach.
And that’s where dowsing and geomancy come in—not as superstition, but as a practical language for reading the subtle forces of place.
